Terms of Service

1. Who operates Roaden

Roaden is a product of Blend Lab FZE. The public website is roaden.ai. Blend Lab’s company site is blendlab.ai.

References to “Roaden” in these Terms include the public marketplace, company pages, listings, and the company dashboard.

2. The service

Roaden is a public marketplace where rental companies and dealerships publish cars for rent and cars for sale. Customers browse by city, brand, and category, then contact the company directly.

Roaden:

• Hosts published listings and company pages on roaden.ai
• Lets companies manage vehicles, listings, team access, and their subscription from a dashboard
• Does not provide customer checkout or take customer payments
• Is not a broker, agent, or party to any rental or sale contract

Any rental, sale, deposit, or payment is agreed between the customer and the company. Roaden does not take a commission on those transactions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent a business to create a company account.

By using the Platform you confirm that:

• You have authority to list vehicles and publish a company page for that business
• Information you provide is accurate and lawful

4. Accounts

Company use of Roaden requires an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials confidential
• All activity under the account, including actions by staff you invite

Roaden is not responsible for unauthorized access that results from your failure to secure the account.

5. Your content and listings

Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload, including vehicle details, photos, company information, rental rates, and asking prices. Roaden does not claim ownership of that content.

License

By publishing content you grant Blend Lab a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, index, and distribute it as needed to operate Roaden — including the marketplace, company pages, search, and sitemaps.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of listings and company details
• Rights to use uploaded photos and materials
• Compliance with applicable law, including advertising and consumer rules

Roaden does not verify that a listing is available, priced correctly, or legally offered.

6. Public marketplace

Published listings and company pages may appear on roaden.ai, in search results, and in related city, brand, and category pages.

• You decide what to publish, withdraw, renew, or mark sold
• Sale listings may expire unless you renew them
• Draft or withdrawn listings are not shown on the public marketplace

Customers who contact you do so on your WhatsApp, phone, or other details you publish. Those conversations are not processed as bookings on Roaden.

7. Subscriptions and fees

Company access is provided on a paid subscription. Fees and plan limits are shown in the dashboard or provided by Blend Lab.

• Fees are charged by Blend Lab FZE for use of Roaden
• Fees are non-refundable unless Blend Lab agrees otherwise in writing
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period
• Roaden does not take a commission on rentals or sales you close with customers

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to use Roaden to:

• Publish illegal, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Upload malware or interfere with the Platform
• Impersonate another company or person
• Present Roaden as a payment processor, escrow, or counterparty to a rental or sale

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Roaden reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may perform maintenance, change features, or temporarily suspend access when needed.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if use creates a legal or security risk, or if required by law.

You may close your account by contacting us. Published listings may be removed when the account ends.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Blend Lab and Roaden are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for disputes between companies and their customers
• We do not guarantee leads, sales, or business results

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Blend Lab FZE against claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of Roaden, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Roaden after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
